The meaning behind the name
Why Wonder Notes?
At Wonder Notes, we believe every child is fearfully and wonderfully made, uniquely created with their own gifts, creativity, and curiosity. My hope is to create a place where children can explore, play, imagine, and learn while simply being kids.
Through teaching preschool and elementary-aged children, I’ve seen how much learning happens through music, movement, creating, and doing. Those experiences helped shape the idea for Wonder Notes.
Becoming a mother helped bring the idea for Wonder Notes into focus. I wanted to continue teaching and creating experiences for children while building something that fit our family’s life.
“Wonder” reflects the curiosity and imagination children bring to learning. “Notes” connects that sense of discovery to music.

Meet Abby.
Kindermusik & private piano
Hi, I’m Abby! I’m a wife to Brice and a mom to our little boy, Asher. Our family has made a home in this area, and I’m grateful for the community and connections we’ve found here.
My background is in elementary education and early childhood, and I’ve had the joy of teaching both preschool and elementary-aged children. I love helping children learn through experiences that encourage creativity, curiosity, and imagination.
Outside of Wonder Notes, you’ll most likely find me spending time with my family, enjoying the outdoors, reading a good book, or having a cup of coffee.
At Wonder Notes, I’ll teach Kindermusik and private piano. I look forward to getting to know the children, students, and families who become part of the studio.

Kindermusik and private piano are the first Wonder Notes offerings. Little Light Studio will manage Kindermusik registration and tuition, with Abby teaching the classes here.
Wonder Land brings imaginative indoor play to Wonder Notes later in 2027, with room for children to explore, create, and make their own stories.
