Studio guidelines.
A steady routine and clear communication help us make the most of our time at the piano.
Lessons & enrollment
Lessons are individual and weekly, with 30-, 45-, and 60-minute options. Students from kindergarten through adulthood are welcome. An inquiry is a request, not a reservation. Abby confirms your lesson time, term dates, and payment arrangement before enrollment.
Tuition
Each lesson is $25 for 30 minutes, $35 for 45 minutes, or $40 for 60 minutes. Individual payments and seasonal installments use the same lesson rate. Spring 2027 includes 18 lessons, paid individually or in five equal January–May installments of $90, $126, or $144. Summer is a separate enrollment. View tuition and summer options.
Installments divide the seasonal total evenly; the number of lessons in a particular month may vary. Payments are arranged directly with Abby. Square may be used for invoices, in-person payment, and recurring billing with your authorization. Please do not send card details through the inquiry form or email.
Attendance & schedule changes
Please arrive on time with your assigned music and let Abby know promptly about illness or a conflict. A missed lesson does not automatically create a makeup appointment. Abby will discuss available arrangements directly with you. The spring makeup window is May 24–28, 2027.
For a studio cancellation, contact Abby to confirm a replacement date or how the canceled lesson will be accounted for. Before changing or ending enrollment, discuss any remaining lesson dates and payments with Abby.
Practice & materials
Regular practice between lessons helps new skills become familiar. Abby will give each student goals suited to their experience. Bring assigned music and lesson notes each week. Discuss an appropriate home instrument and any music or materials purchases with Abby before buying.
Studio calendar
Spring lessons run January 11–May 23, 2027. There are no regular lessons during spring break, March 15–19. Summer lessons run June 1–August 23. Recital and workshop dates are announced separately. See the studio calendar for public dates; student schedules are private.
Communication & privacy
Email hello@wondernotesstudio.com with questions or schedule changes. For students under 17, a parent or guardian’s name is requested with the inquiry. Please keep sensitive medical details and payment information out of the website form.
